| SCHEDULE | | 11:00 a.m. - Registration Begins | | 11:15 a.m. - Lunch | | 12:45 p.m. - Announcements | | 1:00 p.m. - Shotgun Start | | 5:00 p.m. - Reception | | 6:00 p.m. - Dinner and Awards | Registration Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. The bag drop will be in front of the Picard Grand Pavilion. After dropping off your bag, please report to the registration area in front of the clubhouse. In the event of inclement weather, registration will be moved into the Keystone Lobby. Practice Area Putting green and driving range will be open for your convenience. Attire All participants and guests are asked to adhere to the Club’s dress code. Acceptable Club attire includes collared shirts, slacks and Bermuda Length shorts. Denim of any kind, t-shirts, tank tops, cutoffs, tennis, running or athletic attire are inappropriate forms of attire for the clubhouse and golf course. The use of non-metal spikes is required on the golf course at all times. Inclement Weather Policy Inclement weather may cause the delay or cancellation of the gold activities. In the event of rain or inclement weather, play will continue unless the golf course is deemed unplayable and closed by Club management. In the event of lightning, play may be suspended until such time as the threat of lightning has passed. If play is unable to resume due to continued threat of lightning or closing of the golf course, the Club may issue vouchers at its discretion. Meals and reception will occur regardless of course closure.
